The AI-native pivot

In FY26 Shipsy positioned as AI-native, not just “TMS + AI features.” The bet:

  • Logistics ops are repetitive, high-volume, query-heavy → ideal for agents
  • Customers don’t want another dashboard; they want operations that run themselves
  • Most TMS competitors are retrofitting AI; Shipsy is building it in from the orchestration layer up

Every recent customer story (BDO, Adani, Carrix, GWC, pladis) leads with agents, not modules.

The “core + autonomous” story

The way we frame it for customers:

Core handles execution. Agents handle the decisions and queries that used to require humans. Same data, same UI. Customers can adopt core first, agents later — or both at once.

How we win

  1. Vertical depth. We know logistics. Competitors know AI or know enterprise software, rarely both.
  2. AI-first product, not retrofitted. The architecture was redesigned for agents — not bolted on.
  3. Live precedents. Adani, BDO, GWC, MOVIN — real deployments with real metrics, not pilots.
  4. Multi-region. 7 offices means truly local in MEA, EU, ANZ, SEA, India — not just sales reps.
