How the hub is organized
Each part is independent — you don’t have to read in order. Use search (top of every page) or the sidebar.
Conventions on every page
- At a glance — the TL;DR. Read this before deciding to go deeper.
- Why this matters — the real-world scenario this page anchors to.
- Try it yourself — optional, hands-on.
- Sources — links to the decks, repos, and recordings the page was built from.

See the changelog. Major edits get a Slack ping in #cs-onboarding.
Maintaining this hub
This site lives in the shipsy/cs-onboarding-hub repo. Every page has an “Edit this page on GitHub” link at the bottom. PRs welcome; for non-trivial changes ping the maintainer first.
The technical sections (Part 3, Part 4) go stale fastest as the platform evolves. If you spot a drift, file an issue or open a PR.
